Refund Policy

This policy covers the Scam Hunter Family Voice-Scam Kit ($24 one-time, printable PDF), sold by Book AI Studio, a brand of BrightSpan Holdings LLC.

14-day refund

If the kit isn't right for your family, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase date and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, reply to the Stripe receipt email you received after purchase and include your Stripe receipt number. Refunds are issued through Stripe; banks usually show them within 5–10 business days.

Digital product

The kit is a digital download. After a refund, please delete your copies of the PDF. Repeated refund requests for the same product may be declined.

Problems downloading

If your download link doesn't work, contact us first. We would rather fix the download than have you go without the kit.
