These terms apply when you buy or use the Scam Hunter Family Voice-Scam Kit from Book AI Studio, a brand of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By buying the kit you agree to them.

The product

A printable PDF ($24 one-time) with a family code-word guide, wallet cards, a call script, a phone-settings checklist, and a list of places to report fraud. It is delivered as a download after payment through Stripe.

License

You may print and use as many copies as your own family needs. You may not resell, repost, or share the file publicly.

Not professional advice

Scam Hunter is an AI character, not a lawyer, financial adviser, or law-enforcement officer. This kit is general education, not legal or financial advice.

Phone and carrier menus change over time; the kit gives general steps. No product can guarantee that a scam will be stopped. If someone may be in danger, call 911. If money has already been sent, contact your bank right away.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightSpan Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the kit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
